Simply put, Yoga is a physical and mental discipline that originated in India. We teach techniques working together to integrate the body and mind; giving practitioners greater mobility and emotional control. Yoga helps you be the best version of yourself, it will always mean different things to different people though. Some are drawn to the challenging and motivating body sculpting routines, others seek relief from stress or emotional trauma. Your version may be somewhere in the middle.
